Wixom, MI – The Trijicon ACOG® TA44S-10 has received the 2010 NRA Golden Bullseye Award for “Optic of the Year” from Shooting Illustrated magazine. The NRA Golden Bullseye Awards are an acknowledgement of the finest quality new products available in the shooting sports. These products are evaluated and are voted on by a committee consisting of editors, art staff and veteran publications staff, representing more than a century of collective experience in the firearms industry.
To qualify for consideration for an NRA Golden Bullseye Award, a product must meet the following criteria:

● Used/tested by a staff member or regular contributor to the magazine
● Reliable in the field, meeting or exceeding the evaluator’s expectations
● Innovation in design and function
● Readily perceived as a value to the purchaser
● Styled in a manner befitting the firearm industry and, perhaps more importantly, its enthusiasts
